We started Manila Moon because we saw a clear gap in the local food scene for fresh, authentic Filipino dishes made with care. Friends and family kept telling us how special Mariel’s cooking was, and their consistent, honest feedback gave us the push to share it more widely. We wanted to bring her flavours to markets and events in a way that’s approachable, reliable and genuinely delicious — simple food, done properly, with real hospitality.
Our best seller is our lumpia. It’s the perfect foil for a multitude of flavours: crisp, golden wrappers that carry anything from savoury pork to vibrant vegetables and tofu with ease. Whether the preference is classic, spicy, vegan or something seasonal, there’s a lumpia variety to match the moment. It’s brilliant for sharing at parties, satisfying as a quick bite, and elegant enough for catered events — light, crunchy, and endlessly adaptable. However you like to eat, there’s a lumpia for you.
We prioritise local suppliers and seasonal produce, as well as home-grown veg. It keeps flavours fresh, reduces waste and supports our community.
